Terms and Conditions of Lunario del Auditorio Nacional’s website

The Fideicomiso para el Uso y Aprovechamiento del Auditorio Nacional (hereinafter FUAAN) is the holder of Lunario del Auditorio Nacional’s website with domain www.lunario.com.mx (hereinafter, the "Site") and manager of the content and services offered therein. By accessing and using such Site, the sections that integrate it and its functionalities, you (hereinafter referred to as "User"), agree that you have read, understood and accept, without any reservation or limitation, these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them as provided under the regulations in force.

The FUAAN reserves the right to change, add to or delete, at any time and without prior notice, any information on the Site, as well as to modify these Terms and Conditions to access and use the Site.

FUAAN reserves the right to interrupt or suspend all or part of the Site's functionality and shall not be held liable for any interruption or suspension of the Site, whether as a result of its own or any third party’s actions.

Although FUAAN makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, it makes no warranty and accepts no liability if the information on the Site is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.

 

Description of Site services

The material contained in the Site is solely and exclusively for information and entertainment purposes. The Site provides the User online access to information and content, including, without limitation, the calendar of events and information on the  services offered by Lunario del Auditorio Nacional, as well as other linked texts, photo and video galleries, maps and services that FUAAN provides, among others.

 

Trademarks and site title rights

Trademarks, notices, trade names, logos, distinctive signs, drawings and any work published on the Site, are property of FUAAN, its subsidiaries, companies or related parties, or their licensors or licensees. For such reason, in terms of the Federal Copyright Law, the Intellectual Property Protection Federal Law and other applicable legal provisions, any extraction, transformation, use, utilization, reproduction and retransmission thereof, other than those displayed on the Site is prohibited, unless with FUAAN’s express, prior and written consent, respecting always and all times all title or licenses thereover as FUAAN's rights.

The Site is for the User's personal use only. Use and access are free of charge, and do not imply any assignment, concession, license, or authorization to use the rights or contents of the Site. Access to the Site does not grant User any rights that may be used in connection with business activities. Copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, distributing, working, processing, printing, displaying or selling the information contained on the Site is prohibited. Users may refer to the Site, provided that the source from which the information is obtained from the Site is included in a sufficiently visible manner at all times.

Any reproduction, copying, use, distribution, marketing, public communication or other activity that may be carried out with the information contained in the Site and without FUAAN’s authorization, is a violation in terms of the Federal Copyright Law, the Federal Intellectual Property Protection Law and other applicable legal provisions.

The Site's information services may contain links that direct the User to other sections or webpages different from FUAAN’s. These sites are owned or controlled by or are the responsibility of persons, companies or institutions unrelated to FUAAN. These links are beyond FUAAN's control and FUAAN is not responsible for the content or use of sites linked to the Site. Therefore, the User agrees that access to such websites will be at such party’s risk and responsibility.

Content published on the site

User agrees and accepts that FUAAN may, without having an obligation to do so, review the content published and, if necessary, delete or refuse to post it online.

User agrees to be solely responsible for the content User publishes on the Site or transfers to other Users. By publishing content anywhere on Site,  User grants FUAAN an irrevocable, non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, interpret, or otherwise use such content, and to make derivative works or incorporate such content in other works, as well as to grant sub-licenses over all of the foregoing.

Privacy Policy

FUAAN believes that your privacy is of utmost importance. For such reason, the Site does not use cookies to collect your information.

Technical cookies are the only ones enabled by default and are necessary for our website to function. They do not require the User's authorization.

Any communication or material you transfer to the Site, by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions or similar information, shall be non-confidential, non-exclusive and shall be treated accordingly. Except for personal data – to which the Privacy Notice published on the Site shall apply – any other data that you transmit or post, shall become property of FUAAN and may be reproduced, disclosed, transmitted, published and/or broadcasted. Furthermore, FUAAN may freely use any idea, concept, knowledge or technique included in any communication you send to the Site, for any purpose, including without limitation, the development, manufacture and marketing of products or services based on such information, without any liability whatsoever for FUAAN.

User states that User will not publish illegal or prohibited content or otherwise violate, misappropriate, infringe or contravene any Third Party right (including, without limitation, any industrial, intellectual and/or personal property right) on the Site.
