Lunario opens one hour before each performance and closes one hour after it ends.

The venue has a parking lot for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. The entrance is located on the west side of the Auditorio Nacional, in front of Campo Marte. You can access through Paseo de la Reforma Avenue and Calzada Chivatito. The parking lot opens three hours before each performance and closes one hour after it ends. The cost is $220 pesos per event and is payable only at the entrance. Space is limited.  

Bicycle parking is free of charge. Remember to bring a chain to secure your bike, otherwise you may not leave it in the parking lot.

IMPORTANT:
No employee of the Auditorio Nacional or Lunario del Auditorio Nacional will approach you while you wait to enter the parking lot to request advance payment. Do not accept help from anyone who offers to direct you to another parking lot.

Tickets for performances at Lunario del Auditorio Nacional can be purchased at the Auditorio Nacional box office without any service fee, or at www.ticketmaster.com.mx, unless a different ticketing service is indicated for specific performances. Please be advised that ticketing service companies charge a service fee for ticket sales.

The box office is located on the west side of the esplanade of the Auditorio Nacional. It is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; Sundays and holidays from 11:00 to 18:00 hours.

Another box office is located in the lobby of Lunario del Auditorio Nacional. It opens two hours before each event and closes one hour after it begins.

Cash, credit, debit and charge cards can be used to purchase tickets.

The main ticket office has a free outdoor parking space limited to 15 minutes. It is located on the street on the right side of the venue, in front of Campo Marte.

Up to eight tickets per person can be purchased at the box office and through ticketing service companies.

No. Refunds only apply if an event is postponed or cancelled.

These are seats with limited stage visibility, due to the presence of either production elements or scenery. When buying tickets, buyers are always advised of this location, to enable them to make an informed decision.

Yes, except that in certain dance, theater and classical music concerts, admission is not allowed until the next intermission.

Yes, except in events that prohibit this, you can leave and return if you have your ticket with you.

Except for events that require strict punctuality, your ticket will be valid for admission until before the end of the event.

Lunario del Auditorio Nacional has special spots for wheelchair users and a companion in performances with assigned seats. In general admission events, such spots are located near the stage.

Yes, Lunario has a ramp at street level and at the back of the lobby there is an elevator that facilitates access to the concert hall.
