Lunario del Auditorio Nacional has trained personnel and service protocols to support guests who require assistance. It also has designated seating spaces for wheelchair users.  

Elevator

A comfortable elevator provides easy access to the concert hall from Lunario’s  ground floor. This service is exclusively for wheelchair users, pregnant women and persons with reduced mobility.

Ticket sales for wheelchair users

Ticket purchases for wheelchair users can be made at the box offices of the Lunario del Auditorio Nacional up to two hours before the show, and at the Auditorio Nacional or through the corresponding ticket vendor. We recommend buying them as early as possible.

Wheelchair accessibility

In performances with numbered seats, Lunario del Auditorio Nacional has assigned spots for wheelchair users and a companion. In general admission events, these spots are located near the stage. In both cases, such spots offer privileged stage visibility.

Special parking spaces

The parking lot at Lunario del Auditorio Nacional has designated parking spaces for wheelchair users and pregnant women attending the performances.

IMPORTANT

No employee of the Auditorio Nacional or Lunario del Auditorio Nacional will approach you while you wait to enter the parking lot to request advance payment. Do not accept help from anyone who offers to direct you to another parking lot..
